• Appointments

At Pinkies N Toes, we look forward to assisting you with scheduling appointments.  As Pinkies N Toes has been named the most favorite nail studio in Lancaster County ever since we have been open, our appointment book is very aggressive.  We strongly recommend making appointments in advance.
It is common for you to have a preferred staff member to be with.  Please let us know at the time of the appointments that we could try our best to accommodate.  
At any time that you would like to try another staff member, we also ask you to be forward with us.
We thrive in an environment of open communication and mutual respect.

• Group and Party Reservation

Pinkies N Toes offers reservation for Bridal party, Birthday party, Company party, and any types of party that you can think of to get together to be pampered.  
Depending on the size of the party, we offer some if not all various refreshments including cheese & crackers, fruits with chocolate fondue, wine and beer.
For a party of 5 or more, we have a party contract upon request for more details.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling

Your appointments at Pinkies N Toes are reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to our staff, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Pinkies N Toes reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellation.

• Refreshments

Pinkies N Toes offers to our clients gourmet coffee, iced tea, lemonade, wine and beer (age restricted). This is complimentary to your services. You may also bring your own light refreshments or alcoholic beverages limited to wine, beer, and champagne.
We do not allow hard liquor on our premise.
Pinkies N Toes reserves the right to limit alcoholic beverages as our goal is to offer relaxation responsibly and reasonably.

• Children

We welcome children at Pinkies N Toes; however, we request adult supervision at all times. No children may be left unattended as most things in a nail studio is either hot, sharp, or chemically dangerous.
If your child can not exert proper etiquette, we respectfully ask you to be courteous to others and schedule your appointment for when you have a baby sitter at home.

• Health Issues and Concerns

Please be forthcoming with your personal health that we could provide appropriate services. Please let us know ahead if you have any allergies, issues, or concerns.
If you are unsure of any products, instruments, or procedures; please ask us.  It will allow us an opportunity to offer explanations or make necessary changes to accommodate you.

• Personal Items Disclaimer

Pinkies N Toes is not responsible for any lost or stolen valuables. Please be mindful that you leave with all personal items you came in with.
Please contact us immediately if you had forgotten any personal items at our studio and we will make our best effort to locate and hold for you.

• Personal Information

Pinkies N Toes collects your personal information including your address, email address, and phone numbers with the sole purpose of accommodating and providing our best services.
We do NOT and WILL NEVER share your information with any other entities for any reasons.
We do NOT and WILL NEVER keep your credit card on file.
